Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s much-hyped action thriller War 2 is all set to hit theatres on August 14, 2025. But even before its release, the film is making headlines — and this time, it’s not for its action-packed sequences.
According to reports, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared the film after completing all censor formalities. However, fans of Kiara Advani might be in for a disappointment. Sources claim that the CBFC has issued a new cut of the film, and this reportedly includes trimming down some of Kiara’s bikini scenes.
The timing of this news is particularly interesting as War 2 gears up for a box-office showdown with Rajinikanth’s Coolie on the same release date. While the makers are keeping tight-lipped about the changes, the speculation has already set social media buzzing.
